Smoothie King - Dewitt

Nobody does it better then my crew over in Dewitt. They pump out the best Smoothies north of Havana, one reason I don't mind spending 13$ on a 40 oz. Monster, if it's not perfect, they'll make you another, with a smile. This place is well ran and the staff is A if you've never been, you must, they have fresh ingredients and vast selection from dessert to diet and good with any meal. It's amazing there the only location in cny, the owners must kill it.

Ordered 3 smoothies which totaled almost $30. Tried to pay with a $50 and they said they don't accept $50's. So away I went, and away went my business. :

Smoothie tasted like the dishes weren’t washed good enough. Pls hire me so I can wash the dishes properly!

This smoothie king seems particularly mismanaged. I was in the store twice and on the phone once over the course of my visit, just to get an acai bowl. It seems to be run by a group of young kids who are more interested in talking to each other, are terribly rude, and really don’t focus on service. One night I tried to order online and could not get through. When I called, they said I could come in and get a bowl. When I got there a few minutes later, a young woman was standing with her back to me and said that they were no longer making bowls that night. She did not even turn around to acknowledge me as her customer. They were in a group, doing nothing but talking. I went back a week later and got an açaí bowl. the employees were not focused on the customers at all. The bowl was not very good. I have been to Smoothie King where I live multiple times, and it is an excellent place. I was very disappointed in this particular store. I would not recommend it, and I will not visit again.

It’s crazy how they won’t service tasty bowls because they closing in 1and15min. Then you should just close if that’s the case !
