Feedback gevenEven amid a huge rush, everyone was hands on and sticking it out. The food as usual was top notch and the workers were being friendly. They deserve the highest recognition.
Employees at night are very rude. The guy was just throwing the sandwhich's together to the point it's not even on the bread but all over the wrapper. The kids meal I asked for ended up just being a kid's sandwich because the lady running all over the place didn't hear her employee correctly.
Pricey for 6 thin slices of meat and bottom of bread not throughly baked, still very doughy.
Ordered one sandwich and a flatizza online for asap pickup on Sunday, June 25th. Arrived about 30 min after placing, a little after the estimated time. It wasn’t made, no big deal I know it can get busy. After the guy at the counter checked what name our order was under, we watched as 4 different people walked in and ordered at the counter over the span of 30 minutes, each one of them getting their food made and leaving before they even started ours, which was now an hour late by the time we got it. And then the flatizza was missing ingredients we paid extra for, but I wasn’t about to go back into that place. So note to self, don’t use online to “skip the line” as the signage in the restaurant says, because they will ignore your order.
Ordered an Italian bmt and a Turkey with ham. Barely a slice of meat on each sandwich and no ham at all on the bmt.
