Dexter's Pub

I was here with my friends and sat upstairs. was not busy for a week night, but it was drizzling rain outside. our server was super friendly and recommended to get the pub club after I had asked about it and the fajita wrap. so glad that I did it! it had great taste and I ordered with sweet kartoffel fries. they were delicious and hot. nothing left behind and my friends stabbed with a fork, because they try to take some of my fries? (apparently) but really good eating.

I love dexter pub. eating is always great, and the historical location is very beautiful. we enjoyed the fried pickles, brisket burrito and dreadnought burger. very high quality food for a small pub!

Food was awesome!! My husband got the grouper tacos special, so fresh and delicious! Turkey burger was good, the fries were fresh and super hot. Very impressed with the friendly service and clean atmosphere. The place was packed for a Wednesday lunch and now I know why! We will return for sure!!!

We have not been out to eat in over a year because of COVID. We thought we would go out for Mothers Day 2022, and we called ahead and made a reservation for 5. We arrived on time and they told us it would be a 10 minute wait. It was 15 minutes before we were seated upstairs, which turned out to be minimally full. We were told that the kitchen was backed up so they were slowing down seating and orders. (We made a reservation! strike one). They gave us a mother's day menu, and when we tried to order, they told us FIVE of the seven things on it were out. So I ordered off the regular menu (what I wanted there was out too None of us got what we wanted from the menu--everything was out! Strike two. And then when my wife said in frustration we would have been better staying home to eat carrot sticks the waitress said she was sorry. But they did nothing to compensate us. It was mother's day! Strike three. A total disappointment. It would have been fine if they had respected our reservation, and planned ahead with supplies, or at least made an effort to say they were sorry for ruining the holiday. We won't try this again.

What a great place!! The menu is fun and different. The food is AMAZING! And the service is above and beyond. We ordered type of vodka that they only carry seasonally. We were ok with that, but the manager overheard our conversation with the server and found some stashed in the office. It was so nice of them to go out of their way for us! Now that’s a great experience!
