Very good customer satisfaction .other industries I had an experience that they do not care about customers. if we ask what they see the ad, this is the one word answer. they just want to pass. no customer service .

Good service overall, kids meal not recommended here...

Consistent with the freshness and deliciousness of their burgers. Shrimp meal is perfect for me.

In the past few years, Hardee's quality has varied wildly depending on the branch. Happy to say that this one is still one of the most consistently better ones, with everything almost always cooked to perfection. 4 stars because their kids meals are both toyless and include a very unhealthy cookie (which tastes great and the kids love lol).

Hardees is my favourite fast food chain in KSA. However over the years the portions have got a little smaller but then the prices for not seem have risen much so it is a trade off.
