Brick Cafe, Dharan

Food was fine but service was worst till date compared to any restaurant or cafe they couldn't even note down the order properly. I was really upset that I had to cancel the order after waiting for almost an hour because their staff didn't note it

Used to love their pizzas about a year back but was not happy with what was served last time. Peach iced tea and mojito were aweful. It felt like they just used some syrup and added water and ice. Sad to see the food quality going down. Service was so so as well.

You all provid the excellent service so far till date .I am not an early bird thats the reason my order placement is always at the last hour but No matter what time ,Your STAFF'S answering my phone calls and the super hero of course the DELIVERY GUY are so humble and takes their work in a professional way . Good food with good hospitality. A cosy indoor dining experience with variety in food and drinks. They have one of the best bars in Dharan with a skilled bartender who knows his drinks. Pizza here is one of the best in the town. However when crowded, the place gives me claustrophobia due to the small structural design of the area.
