Spaghetti sausage and mushrooms with broth... the cheese to put on was salted caciotta!fusilli in the shade of ragù. Water at the fountain table... red wine... ink. The meat on the grill... a sausage and a slice of meat that I miss the only one of the shoes. By the way, ridiculous portions. and the parmigiana of eggplants...leaved there... inevitable! Even watermelon wasn't good. 25 euros thrown. Come on!
Today, 21 August 2021... an hour and thirty for a grill of meat....arriva una würstel e una fettina invisible di carne di pork...brave persone, educate but according to me and my family must return to do their work..cultivare la terra!, absolutely to avoid.
Bad, 25€ menu where we ate little and bad. First insipid and senseless, second of normal meat. I strongly disagree.
We stayed in this farm at dinner on the day of Ferragosto and, as from title, it is better if they close. Except for the sliced, which are the only one not cooked by them, they have propinated us a lasagna stracotta and very soft, of the paccheri with sauce of mushrooms and sausage that I did not even want to taste and of the meat with potatoes that was so dry that it was inevitable. All for 30 euros per person. Shame!
If you want to try the Lucullian traditions of once you have to book in this farm. The kitchen is strictly derived from the products of the place from spinach ravioli and ricotta di goat sublime in its simplicity to the appetizers with products derived from local processing : the eggplants, the zucchini sliced the cheese of goat the nduja pancakes all deliciousness to taste. The bread made in the sublime house, and a special applause to Giovanni and Rosanna who manage with passion and dedication the activity. Rosanna's water panettone deserves special plause for quality and delicacy. Of course to try and return we are from today loyal customers...compliments
