Inconsistent parts. I always order a chicken tostada salad. A few days the tostada will be full. Other days will be only about 75%. The dressing container always changes. A few days is about a tablespoon in a small container. Other days will be half a cup.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered dinner for my 81-year-old grandmother and the El Pollo Loco on Diamondbar Blvd, who on their website, advertising that they deliver *not reveal they deliver thru a 3. Party* I told myself there was nothing they could do when my order was delivered, but HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. The GM Michael (who was very unprofessional) said that he only as it is that they 't reach the driver, they can 't refund my order and resend, nor can they give me the tip. Why should I type a driver who was unable to read the correct address/not the direction provided? My other bone is the fact that El Pollo Loco does not empower its management team to make things right for the customer. This was clearly not my fault and it had been disclosed that the delivery was thru a third party, I would have just chosen to order directly over the third party and have the ability to conjugate with the driver so that as these do not happen. I ended with order thru Uber eats directly and decided to order from another place because I don't want my business to a place where they don't appreciate customer service and do not offer any solutions to fix the problem.

EL POLLO LOCO cannot be beaten. Very good carbonated chicken and amazing value.

Their tacos are great. I usually get of them, and so are cheacken breast pieces. I also love Spanish rice. They have curbside right now which makes things easy and safe.

I love this place!!! All employees are so nice.... The quality of food is 100% very good!!!!
