Starbucks - Diamond Bar

I've been here twice and have really enjoyed my experiences! I ordered through the mobile app and my drinks arrived super quickly. It only took about 4-7 minutes! Today, I got a Venti Strawberry Acai Refresher with light ice, and it was DELICIOUS. I’m currently obsessed with their refreshers. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the last time I wanted soy milk in my latte, but they were out, so I had to settle for oat milk instead. They were still out of soy milk when I ordered an iced latte today, but that's okay—I went for the delicious refresher instead! I'm a big fan of iced vanilla soy lattes, so I felt a bit let down, but the drink with oat milk was still pretty good. I prefer to order in person or through the app. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the mobile experience! Thank you for all you do! I'll definitely be back to use the app whenever I’m in the area!

This Starbucks is fantastic! They always get my drink just right, and the staff is consistently pleasant and friendly!

My friend was in the mood for a snack, and this was the only place nearby, especially when heading south on Diamond Bar Blvd past Pathfinder. I'm really glad we decided to stop here. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who served us; she was incredibly cheerful and had such a positive vibe. The service was excellent, and it definitely makes me want to come back!

I would like to tell everyone that this is to be learned; longer waiting times can be due to many different factors, such as an out-of-order machine or just the pure amount of customers currently. This does NOT give you the right to cuddle employees and throw their tips and goods everywhere like an angry child. If you are really in a hurry, then use the Starbucks app and order instead of acting like an insoluble person The staff involved in this man child have my respect
