The Habit Burger Grill (drive-thru)

I visited to use a birthday coupon and opted for the Santa Barbara Char burger. Delicious! It might just be the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The service here is consistently great. Food: 5/5.

This location consistently struggles to get my orders right. I've only used the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the interior. During my first visit, they forgot to include my fries. On my second visit, they left out the chilies I requested for my burger. On my third visit, they added cheese even though I specifically asked for no cheese. To top it off, both the burger and fries were excessively salty.

At first I wasn 't happy, I got takeout and they missed my tenderloin sandwich. I was upset because now all of my dinner would be cold by the time I got back home. So I went in (there 's no phone number to call ahead) and told the guy at the counter I needed my meal remade. He asked if I was missing my tenderloin sandwich and I said yes. After that everything changed. I was upset my order was wrong because 1: when I 've gotten the wrong orders at other fast food places they give the missing item and don 't care the rest of my food getting cold. (Taco-Bell) 2: I was hangry and don 't know why my order was missing the tenderloin sandwich.The manager started my meal over right then, no problems! He returned my meal I brought back, for later. I was given coupons for a couple of char burgers. The manager apologized an another person apologized, then I was apologizing! Seriously, they were all so nice and helpful. I went in trying not to be mad but expecting the Taco Bell response of who cares? I was surprised to say the least. Obviously The Habit trains their employees and managers much better than Taco Bell. And the food was amazing!

First time to eat at Habits Burger Grill. The tuna burger is quite special and haven't found at other stores. It taste good with less calories than beef burger. Salad with chicken also taste good.
