To make matters worse, the Mexican music was blaring loudly in the background. There’s also no phone line available to place orders anymore. I used to utilize that feature, but it’s no longer an option. Additionally, the quality of the ingredients has deteriorated. The bread was stale and hard. I attempted to order vinaigrette dressing for my sandwich, as I had in the past, but they doused it in plain red vinegar instead. When I pointed out that it wasn’t vinaigrette, they insisted it was. Sadly, I will be looking for another Subway to visit in the future, despite this one being conveniently close. These changes have occurred quite recently, so I hope they can address these issues. I would appreciate better music, fresh bread, actual vinaigrette, and a way to place orders over the phone. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this particular Subway again.
The rating reflects my experience with the store and management. There were no complaints about the service. However, the restroom was closed, which was inconvenient. The poor girl taking my order could hardly hear me due to the loud buzzing noise coming from one of the outdated appliances. I really don’t know how she managed to tolerate that sound. I ordered a large drink and wanted their tea, but it was unavailable. My next choice on the soda machine was also unavailable, leaving me with carbonated water as the only option. Ultimately, I had to settle for some artificial lemonade.
This is undoubtedly the worst subway restaurant I've ever encountered! Even if they actually follow their posted hours and you find them open, you'll be disappointed to find that they no longer serve your favorite sandwich. It feels like they must have some ulterior motive, because it certainly doesn't seem like they’re in business to make money.
I received coupons in the mail and decided to take my son out for dinner at the Subway in Diamond Springs. When we entered the store, we showed the coupon, and the employee said she would redeem it at the register. However, once we reached the register, we were informed that this location doesn't accept coupons. I will never return. This is a terrible business practice that reflects poorly on the ownership and employees, who seem indifferent to losing customers. It's a classic case of bait and switch. Subway coupons are utterly pointless. I've lost faith in this brand for good.
