FIRST OF ALL THAT LOBSTER FEST IS A LOBSTER MESS ! I VISTED THE DIBERVILLE MS RESTAURANT POST VALENTINES AND ORDERED THE SURF N TURF AND THEIR TWO LOBSTER COMBO ,THIS ONE HAD A REG LOBSTER AND A ROCK LOBSTER THAT ONE WAS HARD NASTY!!!! THE TEXTURE OF IT WAS WEIRD. THE BILL WAS 90. WAS NOT WORTH ANY OF THE 90 MAYBE 30 FOR BOTH MEALS , YES BOTH !! I HAD GOTTON SICK STARTING 1 1/2 HRS AFTER WE LEFT, MY STOMACH STARTING TO HURT AND I HAD TO GO RUN TO THE RESTROOM TWICE AT A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHEDMENT AFTER WE LEFT RED LOBSTER AT 10P.M.ALSO FOR A THIRD TIME ONCE I ARRIVED HOME 1 HR LATER I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM AGAIN , MY STOMACH WAS STILL UPSET WITH PAIN IN IT !? I SHOULD OR WENT TO A HOSPITAL TO PROVE STOMACH BACTERIA OR POISINIG I CALLED TO REPORT THIS AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE , DICUSSED THE ITEMS ON MY RECIECT , EMAIL ADDRESS AND MY OTHER INFORMATION WAS TAKEN DURUNG MY CALL AND SHE SAID SHE WILL LET SOMEONE KNOW . SO AFTER GIVING MY COMPLAINT SOMETIME.... I WAITED TO CHECK FOR ANY FOLLOW UPS PER EMAIL AND NO ONE HAD CONTACT ME THATS WHEN I DECIDED TO CALL THE RED LOBSTER BACK, SO A GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE TOLD ME THE LADY I SPOKEN THAT DAY WAS A REGIONAL MGR AND I THOUGHT WOW THINGS SHOULD BE GETTING TAKEN CARE OF....???? ITS NOW TWO MONTHS THAT I WAS VERY SICK FROM YOUR FOOD AND NO ONE HAD CALLED OR ANYTHING ELSE !!! WHEN I DID CALL THE FIRST TIME THE FEMALE , MGR SEEMED CONCERNED AND LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT WHILE I WAS SPEAKING WITH HER , SO BEFORE I CALLED AT THAT TIME I SINCE POSTED A LONG ORIGINAL REVIEW ONLINE ABOUT MY ORDEAL WITH THAT FOOD . AFTER WE TALKED I WENT IN TO REMOVE MY POST ONLY BECAUSE I WAS UNDER THE EMPRESSION THAT THINGS WILL BE GETTING TAKEN CARE OF . I WAS ASKED FOR MY NAME THE BILL AMOUNT MY EMAIL AND MY PH I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED SINCE THEN AFTER MY SECOND CALL TO RED LOBSTER !!!!!!!
