I really value having friendly and cheerful baristas. The customer service is consistently excellent! The rewards program that allows us to earn free drinks has been a significant reason why my family and I keep returning. With a large family, we accumulate free drinks quickly, and I love that!

The best espresso beans I've ever found! With locations on both the east and west sides of town now, it's my go-to drive-thru coffee spot.

My experience as a barista here was terrible. I was young and shy, so I didn't know how to handle the situation, but the owner reduced my hours until I eventually had to quit. Instead of offering guidance and support to help me improve, he completely ignored me. This is a poorly run business with ineffective leadership. They really need to do better.
