Mcdonald's - Dickinson

Pretty good for a McDonald's to be honest, the staff is always very friendly and do their work very well. I always get my food fast and they rarely forget everything on my order.

Such bad service here! It’s not even just this one time I’m talking about but today was exactly why I’d give it 0 stars. I go up tell the manager politely that they were out of sweet tea no simply just to be kind. Yup when you guess no thank you no nothing just rude response! Then my order for fries and drink ate alway half full just pathetic!!

Oh to be able to leave negative stars!!! We ordered in the drive thru. The order was 2 sausage egg McMuffins, and an egg McMuffin, plus 2 hash browns and a coffee. They gave us the coffee as we paid. After a few minutes, we were asked to move to the waiting area out front (this is so they don't get in trouble with corporate) We wait. Three other cars come and go, as well as x Four dine in guests. When I went in to see what the problem was, they said the hash browns were the hold up. I asked for a refund. We were at this McDonald's for a total of at least 15 minutes, and never got a bite of food.

Yesterday juni 23 I had plans. especially when eating at mcdonalds with my 6 year old grand. I wasn't disappointed. my enkel has his plan cheese burger happy eating . yes! I have my double-square-put combo. yum! at any rate in his happy meal he received a buzz light year toy. Of course, the movie comes out at this weekend. we can't wait. so mcdonald’s, great location, clean, great service. Thank you! the great johannes

Exceptional customer service! eat hot! drinks well made not all coffee drinks are the same (mcdonalds compared different cities)
