Pho Banh Mi - Dickinson

I been here before awhile ago when they first opened and remembered that their food was decent. My family and I were hungry and wanted to eat viet food the other day so we decided to stop here since it's near all the places we're running errands today. The restaurant only had one other table when we arrived and by the time we sat down to order, they already finished their food and left. We ordered our foods and it came out promptly. My rice platter was okay 4/5. Nothing too out of the ordinary. The flavors were above average but I just felt like something was missing. My husband ordered the pho tai (4/5) but it looked like they were stingy with their meats. Broth was good, he liked it. My mom ordered banh mi but I didn't try it and she said it was just average. So there's that review. We ordered boba as well but they completely forgot about it until we asked for the check. On top of that, they forgot tapioca in our drinks. The whole place was empty at this point but the two servers were too busy with each other to notice. I will probably not be back. Food is decent but it isn't amazing. Service is a joke.

I’ve had food from here in the past as a to-go order and it was quite good. However, I went in tonight to dine in and left before we even sat at a table. The restaurant is disgusting! Obviously hasn’t been cleaned in months- dirt and trash all over the floors. If the restaurant is this dirty, what is the kitchen like??

The service was ok. I'm rating this primarily on taste after going to ~50 restaurants of this type; it could have been better...

We love the pho at this restaurant. We went back there recently for our second visit and most likely will return to try other dishes too.

Didn't get a chance to try the pho because they had none. They only had chicken pho and didn't even have hot tea. It was an odd experience to go to a pho restaurant and be told they didn't have beef pho.
