Taco John's - Dickinson

Ordered the steak street tacos. They were obviously premade and taken of the refrigerator. Chicken quesida was inedible as well. The lady taking drive thru orders barely whispered, ask multiple times if she could speak up. On top of that I had to pay my taxi driver an extra 7.00 because waited so long for her to pull my order out of the fridge. Thank goodness I never have to go there again . DISGUSTING

I will never stop there again whoever was working last night was very rude and say rude comments to us threw the drive through after I sat in line for 45 minutes very rude staff work on the night side on 1/12/24

Great food, fast, friendly service, clean lobby and restrooms. The Ranch burritos, the fried chicken mini tacos and the bean and cheese burritos are awesome!Kid-friendliness: Taco John’s always has great bean and cheese burritos that my son likes.

Bad service mean employees. Found hair in my nacho cheese. It says “condiments given upon request” asked for sour cream which is a condiment but they said “drive around” if we wanted sour cream. Didn’t give us no straws no forks. Would not recommend.

Customer service was nice, the preparation was not. They straight up didn't wrap one of my tacos in paper nor my shell's ingredients in its tortilla. The result was a ton of ingredients all over the bag. Lousy work.
