Bojangles - Dickson

I visited Bojangles and ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Unfortunately, the sweet tea tasted sour, the fries were cold and hard, and the sandwich was only lukewarm. I was not satisfied with the service.

I waited in the drive-thru for five minutes with no service, and there was no line. Meanwhile, the staff were just hanging out in the parking lot, smoking something and enjoying themselves, completely ignoring my presence. Frustrated, I left and went to Arby’s down the street instead. If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would.

This was my first time dining here, and although we had to wait 20 minutes for some rice, it was definitely worth it. I really enjoyed my meal, and the chicken biscuit was quite good too. I ordered several items from the menu and liked everything. I would definitely come back again!

Top of the line everything. We always get the Bo-rounds and ham biscuits. Biscuits are the best. You taste the buttermilk and they?re always crispy on the outside. When I let mine get cold they?re still good. Ham always looks freshly cooked. Anytime I?mnear a Bojangles, my crew knows what time it is. It?s Bo?time!

On July 21 I went to this location 2 times at 2 different times of the day.(family member was on a soft diet only from a surgery) Each time was a pleasant experience with the guys working the drive through. I wish I would have gotten their names.Both friendly, helpful and nice which is hard to find in the world now days .. one time was lunch time one visit was dinner
