Ponderosa - Dickson

We have visited this restaurant several times. The service has been quite good during our recent visits. However, there's really nothing exceptional about the place; it's just a decent spot to satisfy your hunger. Don’t expect any gourmet options at the buffet—it's really straightforward food. My only complaint is that the salad bar has been missing shredded cheese during my last two visits.

The food is consistently excellent, but the staff truly stands out! Every time I visit Pondo Joann, it feels like I'm coming home. It's simply the best!

The food was fantastic, and the staff was excellent. Our waiter, Seth, really took great care of our party of 11.

Another reason for me to like this little town,all was good my first time ever visit this restaurant,the buffet is small,but have a variety of good things on it,necessary,not a whole bunch of nothing so for me the small big picks they have,is better than a large buffet with a whole bunch of nothing on it,I ordered and promo entre that their A1 and honey steak was with shrimps and then I will return $

Ponderosa is a nice family restaurant that isn’t anything super fancy but a good place to eat. The staff keeps the buffet clean and fresh, their steaks are quite good. I had the sirloin medium rare and it was perfect. The waitress was awesome and checked on us more than enough. I recommend this place to anyone just remember it is a simple place but I love simple.
