I came here for a birthday party on a Friday nightThey had singer and DJ up on the stage and cleared some space at around 9:30 to dance.
One star because the food reminded us of something that could be bought at Costco and reheated.
This review is rather different from the many others I have written for TripAdvisor, but it may help you if you are looking for a restaurant on the outskirts of Die rather than coping with the very limited parking in the centre of this charming town. Last Saturday we celebrated our Golden Wedding at our home in nearby Vercheny, and we chose the Bonnards as our caterers as they had recently provided a very good communal lunch in the village. We were not disappointed; from planning the menu to serving the meal, Isa and her husband met our every requirement. The meal, which was served to more than fifty guests, was very good, and the team cheerfully overcame the challenge of serving it on the only rainy day so far in August. The menu comprised a starter of gazpacho, appropriately chilled and beautifully served with breadsticks, a hot main course of guineafowl with olives and delightfully presented seasonal vegetables, a cheese platter with tasty chutneys, and a sumptuous raspberry and cream gateau. Our guests were outspoken in their praise of the service and the quality of the meal, which made our day! So, although it's unlikely that you will be accompanied by fifty friends and family members, I would strongly recommend La Table de Commane for their cuisine and their service.
