Pizza Delight - Dieppe

Our family had dinner here on a Monday night. The kids pizza was excellent, the pasta was very good albeit a bit spicy. The panzerotti and donair were not quite up to standards, as both left us wanting more. Service was OK, a bit forgetful at times, but pleasant enough.

We received excellent service from Anne during our visit. She was wonderful with our children and was very informed about the menu. The food was delicious. If only every Pizza Delight had a server like Anne!

I have been going to this restaurant on a regular basis for over 30 years, Nice staff, value for your money when you get a combo.

We arrived..we were greeted..then not seated ..stood there for a few mins....finally seated..ordered drinks which we waited for over 10 mins for ..then received one moment before our meal . We ordered pizza..garlic fingers and a chicken skillet...pizza was meh ..and my chic skillet was dry...veg's were raw and rice bland..I never complain , I have been a server for 20 yrs and this was by far the WORST experience EVER. I was NOT given a discount for my horrible meal and was given caddy attitude when I advised the two servers of the poor service. Will definitely NEVER go back

My sister and I went for lunch a few weeks ago and both ordered the small greek pizza. The food was good, but we found our server to be very distracted. The restaurant was not overly busy, yet we would have appreciated our server checking up on us to see if everything was ok and refill our drinks. That didn't happen. What happened to the quality of service in this place? It wasn't always like this. I'm reading other reviews and others have experienced bad service too. Management should step in and solve this problem.
