Antonio's Pasta & Grill - Digby

Antonio's has wonderful fresh fish and scallops, John and Andrea are great people and I can't say enough about the chocolate pie. I go there whenever I can and everyone that I have taken there loves the food and the welcoming people.

We stumbled onto this restaurant by chance when we were driving home from camping and starving, saw a sign for fish and chips and decided to give it a try. Within seconds we were welcomed by the owners (who are the cook and server by the way) and were just made to feel so at home!Known for their FRESH fish and chips that's exactly what we ordered and it was amazing, the batter on the fish was incredibly light and flaky. Portions were large and price was great. They've been in business for many years and the pride this couple has for their restaurant is amazing. I even had a conversation with the cook about his recent potato order. You need to stop here! Just watch their hours, on weekdays they only open at 4 (understandable considering they manage and run it themselves) but on weekends they're pretty much open all day!

Had a great lunch stopping by on a trip back to Halifax. Fish was very fresh and the batter was light and flaky so I didn't hate myself after eating it. Will definitely be coming back next time we're driving up the coast.

We arrived the results 10 min before closing time. But we were still warmly welcomed and served. The food is delicious. The seafood platter is the best, good value and delicious!!! has fried scallop, clams, haddock fish with fries.The portion is huge, good for 3 people even though the menu said for 2. and price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend to anyone who visits/passby Digby area.

We had seen several good reviews and we were interested in pasta, but when we arrived prior to close at 8:00 pm we were told they were out of spaghetti and meat balls. To our surprise we thought that since pasta is a signature dish that there would be no problem. The wine selection was very limited and almost every dish we had was heavily seasoned with lemon. It is primarily a place for the locals and I will have to say that the owners try very hard to accommodate you, but the food was a disappointment. The only bad meal we have had while in Nova Scotia.
