Brasserie Des Halles - Dijon

I don't recommend it. We wanted to test the local specialties: risotto snails, rice was not cooked and fade, regarding the poutine they are fries frozen with eternity without taste. I join other comments regarding the waiting period, the servers looked overflowed.

Very slow service. 50 minutes to be served for 2 pizzas. Pizza not in compliance with the order (adding ingredients not on the card). Blue card ticket from another table cooked under pizza. Replacement with barely cooked pizza. No commercial action on this misadventure. To escape.

Very nice restaurant but you have to have time... We arrived at 12:30 the server came to our table 45 min more to take the command of the aero and we received it 15 min later. Then came several minutes and at 14:05 about ON A QUELQU’UN QUI PREND OUR COMMANDE . So be ready: all the dishes are no longer seen the time you are still salad, pizza, poke bowl I think. No more meat or fish or even burger. Without the possibility of leaving we accepted the choice of eating what remains. We left the restaurant at 3:00. More than 2 hours for a salad. It was my first time in this restaurant and I think we should avoid going if we don’t have time. Thanks at least for the salad because you could have said the kitchen is closed.
