The place is not very attractive beforehand: motor traffic, little light, exigüe room, terrace summarizing to two tiny tables in beautiful weather on a one-metre wide sidewalk. This is a bar with restaurant service at noon and in the evening. The keeper is always jovial, the simple and really cheap kitchen and quickly served in proportions that never leaves on his hunger.
I went there for meurette eggs on the recommendation of a Dijonnais taxi driver. The place, holding old bistro and old canteen, is interesting or even nice. Well, meurette eggs exist, they are not bad, not exceptional but not bad. The rest swings between whatever and bad. As for the wines, maybe I didn't have a chance but the coast of the Rhone in pichet was squarely a piquette, I think it's a good place for a lunch when working around, you have to take the menu of the day and it must be good.
Small and old-fashioned place, I can't talk about the quality of the dishes, because barely entered we felt that we were disturbing...Damage, we came following the positive reviews of the dishes...
We were looking for a place to have lunch fast enough because medical appointments.Not really convinced we went to this brewery, the boss welcomed us great, we explained to him that we were very pressurized and he read in four to serve us, a superb salad for my wife and a fried pear for me. Successful meat and a very copied salad. Value for money: Nothing to say again. How you don't trust appearance.
