Feedback gevenIt is the worst French restaurant we have ever visited in France. The food is awful. We ordered escargots, poached eggs in cheese(recommended by the lady who served us) & Boeuf Bourguignon. We halted to order anything after we tried the food.Escargots were bland & quality was poor. Poached eggs in cheese were tasteless too. Boeuf Bourguignon was bland too. I have visited Dijon and have been in different restaurants before. The Boeuf Bourguignon is my favourite. I guess they stewed the beef in water beforehand. Then they prepared a gravy when an order was placed. Otherwise, it would not be that worse. Though the food was awful, the bill was not cheap either.I think I have to write a review to advise the people so they will not fall in the trap like me. It is quite frustrated for visiting a restaurant without preparing food properly.
I am both partial to and particular about crepes, since my grandmother came from Brittany where crepes originated. The galettes (crepes made with buckwheat flour) nordiques we had here were without doubt the most tasty crepes I've ever had. Made even better by the rustic hard cider offered with them, also true to Breton tradition.The owner/chef was cheerful, friendly and quite helpful.
