Kfc - Dimāpur

Everything about this place had a bad vibe. All items were not available to order, seating area had no AC and water leakage from roof, unclean and unhygienic. It looks in bad shape so better it closes down or revives itself cause they're spreading diseases.

Terrible food. My family are a regular customers of this outlet. For the past few months, we have been receiving horrible food. It has been a long time since this has been happening yet we still continued to order. But now, it has come to the point that we have to speak out on this problem. First of all, the french fries was extremely hard to eat. The texture was horrible, some fries were hard and some fries were soft. The fried chicken was also another problem. We asked for crispy chicken as whenever we usually ordered, we would normally receive a leg piece. There was no leg piece and the chicken was fried horribly It was salty and very hard to chew. The skin of the chicken had a rubbery texture. I would kindly request the restaurant to be more careful about orders like this. As of now it's pathetic

This is for KFc Dimapur situated near city tower. They forgot to put an item in my order and gave me a different product also. This isn’t the first time this has happened. And calling them doesn’t work because they don’t answer or line doesn’t get through. The staff r also quite rough, they could do better by getting some customer handling education.

Always loved kfc no doubt but your employees need to respond properly and why are they always in a bad mood. The other day I ordered for chicken of choice (thigh leg piece) and I was served with chicken breast instead just didn't want to scold them for it so I just accepted and no apology from the employees. Kindly see that your employees are well trained to tend to your customers.

It's too stuffy in this hot weather and I find it inconvenient to park since there's very limited parking space on the roadside and no parking lot within the building itself. The food served here is so salty that only cows and buffaloes can consume it. The waiting period is worse than the irregular menstrual circle of your gf. Xd. People who work here have too much of an attitude problem where they tend to be rude to their customers. KFC is a new thing for many of the Naga people so treat your customers right and well. It's so sick to hear they speak rudely to their customers. Please keep a house cleaner or toilet cleaner. It sticks every time to the whole restaurant whenever the washroom door is open. Maintenance of hygiene is must for Goat sake.
