Subway - Discovery Bay

I arrived at 7pm and found employees behind the counter, but they were not engaged in any tasks. Even though the restaurant closes at 9pm, they told me they were already closed. Other customers who came in after me were able to be served.

This restaurant is an amazing place to dine in or grab some food to go. The owners do a fantastic job of keeping the place clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is fresh, delicious, and the dining area is nice. Overall, we rate the service, food, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

I visit many Subway restaurants and only like to leave reviews for the good ones. Today's experience was excellent! I walked in during a busy period, but they were able to serve me in less than 5 minutes. The sandwich was better than usual, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The employee assisting me was friendly and professional, making the experience very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this location. The store was clean and fully stocked, with fresh and delicious food.
