I offered with my parents a gift stay for my wife and sister so that they can enjoy an unprecedented moment of relaxation. I had found an offer for this castle that I didn't know via a booking site and it was rather badly engaged at the start. Indeed, a concern between the real availability and what had been sold to me required a change of date with a surcharge that seemed high compared to the rates posted on the site and more a problem when booking for the evening meal implied a menu at 60€ because the menu of 30€ is only available at noon. While I was disappointed, the staff I had on the phone transmitted my request for explanations and their superior kindly reminded me, explaining to me why a incremental cost different from what I saw on the site and found an arrangement for the evening meal. And then after all, everything was just a moment of happiness for my wife and sister who came back more than happy. My wife followed massage training in Thailand, was in various institutions and she came back telling me that it was one of the best massages in her life! The setting is grand and the gastronomic cuisine is excellent. So yes it was a nice gift but that was exactly what I had hoped for them and so thank you to this establishment and its staff and my wife are now waiting for us to go back together!

After a brief passage to take a little sunlight with our family who lives in Dissay... the owner is a character that would better not be in touch with the public and the clientele. He's a hideous character so unpleasant and repulsive. Our appetizers have arrived in lags and hot for white wine!!!!The young waiter has been engulfed in front of us for having deposited some olives .In March we wanted to offer a massage for our sister's birthday.All went well on the phone with a very pleasant girl Melle Meliz) in her welcome and management of our order. I had to confirm with her in charge the next day.During my call, I had the head of the SPA who I told of this pleasant welcome of this young girl, and her answer was: It's the least she can do and that's what she is asked ... Is the person responsible the wife of this odious owner??A shame for such a beautiful site in this pretty village!!!
