Additionally, the texture of the croissant was moist, lacking that characteristic crunch. Regarding the almond croissants, the bottom layer was also moist, giving the impression that the croissant was not completely cooked. On a second visit, we unfortunately noticed the same problems, which was a further disappointment. We also tried our luck with a millefeuille, but from first glance it was obvious that the puff pastry was overcooked, which was confirmed upon tasting.Between the lack of filling, the lack of crispiness of the croissants and the overcooking of the puff pastry, I question the know-how of the bakers and pastry chefs at this branch. This experience is all the more disappointing as Première Moisson is generally a brand that I trust for its quality.I hope that this opinion will be taken into consideration and that measures will be taken to remedy the situation.Compared to other Première Moisson branches that I have frequented, the products of this branch do not meet the usual norms and quality standards.
I always come here but the last time it was a Tuesday between noon and two I was helped by a girl, she really behaved like an idiot and also she didn't speak well with me. Finally I asked for a hot hottie and she makes her joke like she's looking in the refrigerator not even two seconds she told me we don't have hot chocolate I was surprised by that because the other employees are friendly I've never had that before.
Always great products and very friendly staff! Worth a drive from Ottawa if you crave some delicious treats!
An ideal place for a light dinner or to have a coffee with friends. Succulent desserts that make your mouth water.
Being hung up on before even having the chance to speak to someone during a first call is questionable, being told, before even having a chance to say a word, that they are "too busy, [that] there is a lot of waiting time because [they are] in “employee shorts” in a really dry way, only to be put on hold is more than ordinary . It 's a shame, but your problems are not mine. I ended up just hanging up. Honestly, having personally worked for many years in customer service, I can say that if you are not able to handle the pressure to deal with customers in this way, change jobs.
