Feedback gevenI'm sipping on my coffee while leaving this review! This branch is uphold to standards and is always kept clean and professional. The staff are kind and welcoming. Shout out to Mohammad who's very considerate of the ambience and vibe inside. I have seen him pulling up the curaing letting the sunshine in quite few times! After all, things like this is what makes a business great.
This Starbucks is nicely designed and easy to access by car but that’s about all the positive things I found about it. The service is slow in the mornings. I watched a coffee master reprimand another barista with a full audience of people waiting for drinks, rather than pulling her aside and addressing it in private. I ordered a simple iced macchiato and it took 15 minutes for them to make it with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. I was almost late to a work meeting because they took so long. No friendliness or outgoing personality from any of the staff or apparent rush to help get drinks out the door in a prompt manner. If my drink had been stellar, maybe I could have forgiven the delay but the drink wasn’t made right either so it was a frustrating experience all around. Save your money and get your drinks at another nearby coffee shop or drive a little bit further to go to a decent Starbucks because this location is certainly lacking.
Starbucks is always awesome but still lack in vegan options.Dietary restrictions: It's disappointing that after so many years in the business, Starbucks still lacks in vegan baked goods. It's inexcusable at this point.

After paying for my order, I went to the pickup area to wait for my oat fudge bar and coffee. When my coffee was ready, I let the barista know that I was still waiting for the oat fudge bar. Without even looking at me, she waved her hand toward the counter as if to say it wasn't her responsibility. I waited about ten seconds and reiterated my request, but a young man simply replied that they didn't serve those and walked away. Feeling frustrated, I went back to the counter and explained once more that I hadn’t received my oat fudge bar. This time, the young man who had previously brushed me off looked at me with an expression that seemed to say he didn’t care at all and mentioned again that they didn't serve those. He then asked if I wanted my money back. Honestly, I typically enjoy excellent service at every Starbucks I've visited, but this experience at the Pemberton Plaza felt dismissive and apathetic.
