Feedback gevenA very good experience. The price is high, quite above the average, but I think it's definitely worth it. It is a tasting menu of 8 times more drinks, I chose with pairing, and all food and wines were of high quality. The portions are good, the excellent service. You have to go hungry and in time because you are quite satisfied and the whole experience took almost 4 hours. I do recommend if you're a fan of Francis Mallmann.
All amazing! Beyond sophistication in the food that is very well achieved in flavors. aromas and colors, the place is very beautiful and careful, and the bartender service, the waiters and the Sommelier wines is impeccable. Prices, although they may sound excessive, are consistent with the experience. I recommend the 7-step menu as well as the recommended wine pairing. If you get to know him, I'll give you health!
Nice living room inside the Bodega Escorihuela Gascón. The food is very good, with some dishes that stand out and others not so much. We ate the 7-step menu, each with two options. The culinary tour ends with a tasting of desserts worthy of the experience. In short, it is worth going if the price is not taken into account, which is excessive compared to similar options in quality. It is recommended to visit the cava (in the subsoil) with variety of wines of incalculable value. Note: The visit was in February. It didn't work the air conditioning and we spent 3hs of stay warm.
IMPRESIONANT! It was our last night in Mendoza, we were three because we didn't tell with the dishes we ordered three tickets, one main and three desserts wonderful dinner. Unique flavors of everything we ask for the meat of wagyu and the dessert of fifths were my preferred .... Values according to quality and attention!
Excellent restaurant, good location. While tickets are expected you can see the kitchen outdoors. Great variety of wines, perhaps too many! Attention is very good and dedicated. The entrance humita and the lamb of 7 and 1/2 hours don excellent!
