I was unsure of what to order as it was my first visit to Baskin Robbins. Luckily, an associate named Tori helped me make a decision and was also very quick at serving the long line. I will definitely be returning!

I was unsure of what to order at Baskin Robbins since it was my first time there. Thankfully, an associate named Tori helped me make a decision and was very efficient despite the long line. I will definitely be back in the future!

I purchased a cake for my granddaughter's birthday and unfortunately it tasted stale, as if it had been left in the freezer for too long. I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone but received no response.

I went through the driveway and waited for a quite long time, because it seems to be a computer problem that is good, except that when she gave me my ice cream, it was already half a melt because it was there on the counter sat all the time that they were busy with this computer problem. Moreover, for my Sunday, who was annoying, they set the wrong topping.

This used to be a nice baskin robins with good customer service. The last three times I have went the customer service is terrible. You order a milk shake and they are just milk with a little flavor!! When you say something they don't care. You have to pay more money to make it a normal milk shake. Their attitude there is terrible. Do not go there you will be disappointed!!
