Pizza Hut - Dixon

What used to be a great place to go has turned into a complete disappointment. I get that Covid hit, but this place has not made any changes or upgrades in decades. Buffet on Sunday nights was like a religion for us. Kids and I loved going there. Great selection of pizzas, appetizers, great salad bar, and the most amazing cookies for dessert hot out of the oven. But it’s apparent that the owner(s) are milking it for everything they can and not putting a dime of effort back into it. Place looks like a ghost town out there during lunch and dinner times. With the increase in traffic from the hotels and I-88, with some effort this place should be hopping and busy busy busy. But it seems all they want to do is deliver and offer carry out. Rock Falls PH is extremely more welcoming and has excellent service. Best we can hope for is that they sell this place to someone with some ambitions and willingness to put the effort in to draw people back in. I’m not sure how it keeps the doors open.

Sat down with my brother in a Sunday when only 2 other people were there. Waited over 10 minutes to get greeted or order taken. No water or anything. We got up and left. What a joke. The server was standing at the counter wiping her mouth with her hand, tables were not clean. It was extremely slow in the kitchen even. No one here cares about anything. I’ll never go here again.

Okay pizza but the owner is not a good guy and doesn't really care about customers or workers but their wing are decent and not bad price

I liked the food and server did good bringing us everything we asked for,but she kept making it so obvious in her voice that she doesn't like her job. Otherwise she did ? good.

Horrible customer service . Food is great . Really needs to be better staffed for dinning in.
