Feedback gevenI would recommend going elsewhere, especially if you are looking for a restroom along with a meal (as is typical for a highway rest stop). The restroom sign said "out of order," and I received a dismissive attitude from the person behind the counter when I asked about using the toilet.
I saw a handwritten sign on the bathroom door that said “Closed for COVID”, but every other restaurant in the plaza had their restrooms open. I was with three kids who needed to use the restroom. It made me question if they serve dine-in food, why don't they have a restroom available? I was disappointed by the lack of consideration for customers. I decided that next time, I will go to Taco Bell instead.
The staff at this restaurant are very unskilled, they consistently disregard customers and provide extremely slow service.
There subs are delicious, but I found that at first the drive through screen order was a bit complicated at first.
I ordered a Italian bmt for my girlfriend since they said they had no more of the rotisserie chicken. Instead of a bmt they gave me a blt with no lettuce and no tomatoes. Just bacon and olives. At least could have given me the whole blt if they were going to get it wrong.
