Supermercado La Lupita - Dobson

Stopped in today for lunch and to see their market. I didn't know they offered fresh made market breads and a butcher shop. Everything was very authentic and interesting. The restaurant is located to the right side of the entrance. The restaurant appears to be very clean and well maintained. The ladies working there were very helpful to help me understand the menu. A couple of them are fluent in English. My husband ordered the chicken soup with veggies. He didn't care for it but I tried it and liked it. It was just different from what he expected. The chicken was a boiled chicken leg in the bottom of the bowl. The veggies were large potato chunks with cabbage and carrots. I thought it was fine...just different. It came with a side of fresh cilantro, chopped onion and lime to add for flavor. I had the short rib strips with beans and rice and small salad. It came with roasted onion and pepper . They also have horchata, which we always enjoy. It was an interesting dining experience. I would certainly go back but my husband didn't care for it.

The food is amazing I love Mexican food best in the world and this is the place to find out why Mexican food if so good!! I had steak burrito and my girlfriend had the chicken quesadilla. Try them both good food!!!

Good food and good size portions. Very fair prices. Seriously authentic Mexican food. Their tamales on the weekend are AMAZZZZZZING!

Delicious authentic Mexican food. I sampled the chicken enchilada and steak burrito and both were wonderful. Clean restrooms and eating area. I didn't give it 5 stars because the waitress didn't check on us very often and they didn't have iced tea. Regardless of that fact I would definitely eat there again.
