The casino is well-maintained and features a reasonably sized gaming area. However, it appears that there are no standard dining and beverage choices typically found in casinos, nor is there a gift shop or convenience store.

The machines were out of order twice, and it took around thirty minutes to get assistance. The staff member who helped us was very pleasant and professional. However, it was the same person for about twenty minutes. On a busy Sunday, there were not enough staff supervising the machines. Overall, I found the food, service, and atmosphere to be significantly better at Mulvane Casino.

The atmosphere isn't filled with trendy, brand-new machines, but if you're not looking for super high-definition screens with flashy lights and animations, this is a charming little casino. The player club cards provided us with amazing comps—I'm not sure how it works, but we received some great offers on casino credits. In short, make up your own mind. If you're lucky, that’s fantastic. If not, then maybe it's just not your night. It's unfair to judge the business based on one experience; after all, it’s called gambling. The reality is that you’re taking a risk in hopes of winning something back. This is a casino, not a money-making machine. Have fun and stay safe!
