Sipe - Dodoma

Very good service. Welcoming and accommodating. I chose ‘macaroni cheese’ and the owner/chef asked if I wanted it with red or white sauce. It was white for me (presumably red is tomato based . My pasta came cooked perfectly. Wine is available in small bottles (375ml , but not from the local producers; mine was from South Africa. They also serve beer and soft drinks. I was offered cheese to eat with my bread, and allowed a sample before I made a decision. I was also blown away by the cleanliness of the toilets. They were spotless. If you’re looking for a very good place to eat in Dodoma, Sipe fits the bill (which was very reasonable by the way! .

The environment is very clean. The host is very friendly. The food is worthy the waiting time of at least 20 minutes. It's because they cook after you order

Great place to dine in Dodoma city centre. Coffee, African dishes are just perfect. There is also a book library....you will definately enjoy the place.
