Landhaus Kaiser - Dörfles-Esbach

We had booked a double room for the samba festival. the room is useful, but also required renovation. the garderobe didn't really go up like the key turned around. there were enough clothes hangers. as usual the bathroom was not only the shower too low (I am only 186 cm and the shower ended at the kinen,) but also defective. she did not fit in the pick-up of the shower bar, so the head was loose hanging. but this is not a problem for us, as we repair in 90% of the hotels where we sleep the showers. This time I built a new showerhead, but only for our stay. When I left, I rebuilt the old head. a unikum is also that an old small television has to make its services. the picture was very remote and the tonne quiet. modern technology looks different. but now the hammer comes. on the first morning we all read pockets on the floor as they are a little dirty. not only that it is usus to throw dirty towel on the floor, so that they are exchanged, no, in this bathroom also a note on the wall that this procedure exactly described. when we came to the room at 24:00, the disappointment was great. the dirty bags were glued again. that was a little rough. I know that the restaurant really has great, but the hotel has to do a lot to be so pleasant. baths check whether the technology is still in order and a flat screen in size does not cost 100 euro.

Delicious food, nice and above all accommodating staff, cheap prices. 100% recommended again

The Landhaus Kaiser is one of the old guest houses in Coburg district and is located directly on the local road between Coburg and Rödental. Parking is located right outside the door. In addition to the guest room there is a rustic hunting room and a hall. Recommendation: Unconditionally reserve the table! The inn is very popular. The very friendly services have everything under control even during a lot of operation. The food is really good and only recommended. Above all, on Sunday's beans with real claws from the region are fantastic. The prices are fine for the offered. This is how the Schnitzel Wiener Art and a barbecue with claws cost around 10€, the bovine rug around 13€ and the really delicious goose breast around 15€. Unfortunately, the toilets are in the basement (formerly the inns have been built), so that people with limited movement have problems to reach them. In any case, the Landgasthof Kaiser is worth a clear recommendation.

Here the guest is in the foreground! Very friendly, professional staff. In winter, the fireplace is constricted in the next room. Homely warmth. The food is great. Here, too, price-performance is right. Seasonal and regional dishes. As it is in the trend. For Christmas there are homemade treats, also for taking away. The Stollen did not convince me. He smelled fantastic, but then remembered a sand cake with a stollen flavor and also shredded like that, instead of taste like a stollen. The consistency had nothing to do with a cleat. But everything else is just very good. I'll be happy to be back at any time.
