Delicious hearty meals, particularly the Scotch egg and lamb, paired with cheerful service.

What an amazing place with so much character! Our host was fantastic and truly made the evening special. The food was delicious, and there was a fantastic selection of wines to complement the meal. I can't wait to go back!

On Wednesday, 28 December 2022 we had a fantastic meal. the service was excellent, I think it was the owner who served our table, they made us very welcome and had a great feeling of humor! we had a Welsh lamb, and I have to say it was the best I ever had! Just fantastic, couldn't mistake the place, all eight of us agreed that we are again next time we are in dolgellau

I had the ribeyesteak and my wife had hake. Both dishes where really good and it is probably the best steak I have ever had.
