I was very disappointed with my experience. The quality of the ingredients was subpar, and the management skills were lacking. The lettuce wasn't properly shredded, which is a basic expectation. It seemed that the manager wasn't providing adequate support to his team, who were quite new—only on the job for about two days. While it's understandable that new employees may need time to adjust, it was clear that the manager wasn't meeting his responsibilities. Additionally, when I tried to reach out to the head office for feedback, I was directed to a disconnected phone number. Overall, I won't be returning.

Overall, the sandwiches tasted fresh, but the lettuce was extremely wet and soggy, making the entire sandwich soggy. I ended up having to reorder and pay for a new set of four sandwiches without the excessively soggy lettuce. The young staff members are doing their best, but a little morale boost in the place would definitely help!
