McDonald's - Dollard-Des Ormeaux

Food was cold, too long. Apparently, they prioritize the drive by overdine to customers. The manager always asks for the same things. There is no control here.

McDonald's food always taste the same no matter where you order it. However, the quality of the service is not always the same. This particular McDonald is almost always my order wrong. Even if they rest on the pick-up switch, always check... Your order or you could leave with the wrong items or even missing items you paid. I know it happened a lot.

No verification of a vaccine certificate! Long wait to get food....first time there, really not impressed

The staff at this restaurant is slow, extremely rude, and the food is often served cold. There are always mix-ups with orders, leading to complaints from customers in line. Even in the drive-thru, the manager can be very rude. The only reason we continue to come back is because it is located close to our house. I recommend avoiding this place, especially in the evenings, as it tends to be the worst time to visit. Let me know if you plan to go in the morning instead.

I had the worst experience ever at the McDonald's on St-Jean and felt the need to warn others about it. My friend and I waited for our food for 25 minutes inside the store before politely asking a worker about the status of our order. However, we were accused by a manager of already picking up our order and trying to get free food. This accusation was entirely false, as we had not heard our number called, picked up our order, or left the store during that time. The manager's disrespect and arrogance were uncalled for, and he should be fired. It is unacceptable to take out a bad day on customers and openly accuse them of something they did not do. We would have chosen a different restaurant if we knew we would be treated so poorly. The security cameras can verify that we were waiting the whole time.
