Charged me for an item I never got an I couldn’t turn around to get it due to being on my way to work

What took away from what would have been a 5 star rating was that for one, my hash browns were very cold. Number two, this location seems to always give you your food orders without napkins. The munchkin hole treats seem to taste WAYYYY better than the donuts. For some reason their donuts have been tasting a bit “stale like” lately. The coffee was okay though. Drive thru staff was nice.

They are rude and doesn’t let customers use the app. I will never come here again. Beware!!

Just make sure u repeat yourself so they get your order correct

My favorite Dunkin in the area, only issue is the new early morning crew. There's obviously a language barrier with them, or a lack of training. My last 3 orders were wrong, and the hashbrowns weren't fully cooked. I'm sure with more training it'll be solved, still one of the better Dunkin in the area.
