Pizzeria Porta Briona - DOMODOSSOLA

Arrived almost too late for lunch (seems many restaurants close for a few hours every afternoon), still friendly service, I chose a meal from the good value set lunch menu. Good food, the table wine was a bit on the rough side but still drinkable. Very pleasant restaurant.

Great place for dinner, not just pizza but also meats and fish. Really friendly staff, free WiFi, incredibly quick service. It’s open almost always including on Sundays. Don’t get ripped off paying Swiss prices in other places when you can have a decent meal for a fraction of the bill. I have already been twice here in two business trips and never disappointed so I decided to write this review.

Just on the edge of the central area, the restaurant offers a first rate fixed rate mid day menu with reasonable choice and a glass of wine ! I found the staff to be attentive and friendly.
