Not sure where my review went, but here it goes again. April had my sons christening booked with accommodations since coming from Scotland. Reception called my dad to tell him that his room was no longer available 4 days prior to arrival, when he queried this since we had an event he was told no rooms where available. Being the organizer of the event I was shocked when he called to tell me this. When I called to try and get answers I was shoved from pillar to post by reception, no manager was available to speak to me ever and I spent hours calling and sitting on hold or with the phone just ringing out. Disgraceful carry on, will never return here after years of patronage, I will go to the Brackencourt in Balbriggan instead where they understand what customer service is.
