The Shoreline Bistro - Donabate

This restaurant is a fantastic choice after a visit to Donabate Beach or for a stroll along Portrane Cliffs. The staff and service are outstanding, exceeding all expectations. The food is enjoyable and there are no surprises—plus, the children's menu is varied, which is a big advantage. We will definitely be back! Rating: Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.

The view is absolutely stunning—it's worth visiting just for that alone. The food has improved since my last visit, and I've never had any issues with the drinks. The service is quite good as well. If you find yourself in Donabate for an afternoon, I recommend pairing a trip to the Shoreline Bar with a walk on the beach or a coastal hike to Portmarnock. I truly hope the owners maintain these high standards and don't let this wonderful place slip.

The staff were friendly, and the view was, of course, amazing! However, the sauce was quite sweet, and the pasta was just okay.
