Ordered by phone the first time and was told next time we order to do it through their app as you get 15% off, because the food was nice we ordered there again the next time we had a takeaway but the promo code wouldn't work. Phoned up to say it wasn't working to be told you have to spend £15 for it to apply. At no point was I told this and there is no where on the app or menu that states this so if you have chosen here for the 15% discount make sure its over £15. Other than that the food was lovely

I went in to order a takeaway. A young girl was taking orders behind the counter, she initially began to serve me but then stopped serving me as the phone rang. She did this a further 2 more times. In the end I told her to put the call on hold serve me or zi was leaving. Surely customers who are in the shop have must as much right to be served promptly as the people who call. Perhaps the management should give her a lesson in customer care.

Get our order wrong I can live with that, but when my wife rings back up just to remind them to not put mayo on the wrap because my daughter is allergic to mayo she hears in the background from someone saying give us chance to sort is it them again clearly not a place to use was a great start but first order for 6 months and this is the response happy days will go elsewhere in future good luck hear they are lucking for people at McDonald 's when you are closed for **** poor customer service.
