Mcdonald's - Doncaster

I am extremely grateful for the wonderful customer service provided by Diane. She kindly opened the upper floor for us when she noticed that we were struggling to seat seven 11-year-olds for a birthday celebration. Thank you!

One thing I do regret is that there was a problem with the cola back in February 2017. On May 15, 2022, I ordered a banana shake, and while I didn't feel like it was the right moment to complain, I've found myself being irrationally frustrated about it for the past two days because of my autism. I just needed to express that.

I had to give this restaurant a low rating due to the limited vegetarian options available (this seems to be a company-wide issue rather than a specific problem with the restaurant). I was looking for a dish served in a bungalow, so I inquired about having eggs and cheese on a small bread that they offered, and I was quite pleased with that. However, it would be great if they could consider adding options like a brown bread with egg, or a hatch brown bread with egg and cheese, or even bringing back the bagels (pretty please)!
