I placed an order, and my item was missing—this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I called the restaurant, and they simply said they would issue a refund for the missing item. Really?! What about my son who is waiting to eat? It’s not just about the money. This is very disappointing.

We're here in the middle of the nigth because we read that it's open 24 hrs but it is not. You can see that on maps, and it's even written on the door, but it's still closed. We walked here miles for nothing. It's miserable. Update: after 6 we got in and this is how oily and disgusting our tray was.
