Feedback gevenVery few customers in. Starter (prawn cocktail) just lettuce prawns, sauce was yuk, no cucumber or tomato! Carvery all virtually cold. This restaurant has just had a complete refurbishment and was just re-opened the evening prior. What's happened?
As you would expect from a buffet restaurant. Food was nice but nothing amazing. Shame they had run out of pork and meat gravy.
We often use the Toby carvery because its easy to book,shown table and drink served within minutes of arriving,good tasty selection of carvery food,good waitress/waiter service,pleasant surroundings and finally good value for money.
Special occasion was a 101st birthday.! value for money carvery was excellent and service(Angela)was also excellent. Location and availability suited our requirements perfectly and would have no hesitation in recommending this venue.
