Telford Dobbies Garden Centre

Didn't give 5 stars today as service was shocking very long queue for checkout only 1 till open it wasn't a very good experience

Really nice environment for families. Food is OK an certainly serves a purpose. We much refer sitting and having a coffee though.

Went in for coffee and cake but not impressed.Lots of staff but they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They are using waitress service but after 20 minutes we had to go and find someone to serve us. Not a good array of cakes.They need to sort out whose doing what and attempt to be friendly. Won't go again

After 20 minutes waiting for someone to take out order, it was very disappointing. The coffee was so strong the teacake overdone and hard. I understand they are short staffed but it's not acceptable.

It was much better before, but since Dobbies took over, there has been a significant decline in quality and variety of products. Even the staff appear unhappy. I will not be returning.
