Jimmy John's - Doral

Terrible customer service! I greeted the girl taking my order with a "Good morning," but she just stared at me and replied with a casual "Yeah." The other young lady who prepared my sandwich simply handed it to me and walked away without saying anything. No thanks or acknowledgment at all.

The food here is really good, but their closing hours are quite inconvenient. It's strange to find that they close at 6 PM, yet they start locking the doors at 4:45. This isn't acceptable. If your hours say 6 PM, then the doors should remain open until that time.

Normally great, wouldn?t order while this tall girl is working. Always skimps on the meat, and clearly more concerned with her phone than her job.

I ordered the Big John, but instead received the Ethiopian John. It came with just one piece of meat and one slice of cheese. Do yourself a favor and skip this place—head next door for a burger instead.

I really wish they would pay more attention to their notes. They always fill the sodas all the way to the top with ice. I ordered a soda, not a cup full of ice. It's quite frustrating and makes me hesitant to order from them again.
