Feedback gevenTerrible because open table let me charge a reservation for $30 to keep the reservation and the place wasn't even open, I was so angry, the schedule won't be updated, what the hell!?!? And I was embarrassed with my 6th party. Totally unacceptable.
Not God. Don't go unless you want to waste your time. I made my reservation the day before, I put a card on the file and everything for 10:30 - they open at 9 a.m. My mother and I decide to call that morning to see if we can come earlier, they do not answer, but we assume that Saturday morning they must be busy. We pull up at 10 a.m. and they are completely closed by CLOSED lamps. Every single website says online they are open (cards/websites) and I even have a reservation. I didn't even get a call that excuses or explains why they were closed. Make better, never come here and would highly recommend that people steer clear or this place.
Great neighborhood Italian restaurant! Good food and nice ambience. Music on weekends.
I was extremely disappointed with this pick as it seemed so promising.We went on Mother’s Day, and we expected there to be some issues because it’s a busy day and we completely understand that.HOWEVER, that doesn’t account for bad customer service or everything else that happened to us.They were actually surprisingly well staffed and they were not completely booked.They sat us outside,though we booked an inside table, but hey things happen,they just wanting to sit us.Right off the bat, the waitress was extremely rude to my mother in law. She asked for American coffee, which they brought black as per usual, but they didn’t bring cream or sugar.When my mother in law asked, they brought her sugar but said “oh we don’t have cream here”.This surprised us a bit as most people don’t drink American coffee black.The waitress said she could bring us milk, but my mother in law cannot drink milk. Instead of apologizing and leaving it at that (which is what my mil had decided cause it is what it is) the waitress then says “well what do you think cream is”.Uhhh, first of all it’s not whole milk and second of all what was with the attitude?! But again, we aren’t complainers so we just have each other a look when she walked away and left it at that. We order our food and I asked for a change to my order (again which I understand may not be completed due to the busy day) but the waitress was again rude and started spouting off that I didn’t know what I was ordering.She later realized she was wrong but still didn’t apologize and just stuck her nose up in the air.Anyway, I didn’t complain that I couldn’t have my small change and continued to order. Now, we sat down at 10:35am…it was almost 1pm when we got our food!Almost 2 hours!And that’s after we finally said enough is enough and began complaining. And the worst part, you ask? THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SONS FOOD! Manager did discount us 50% but it was not worth it. She screamed at the waitress-very unprofessional
The service here is terrible. The food is ok to order and eat and home but don’t eat at the restaurant. It is also horribly overpriced for what you get.
